Hi, I'm AndyR

I play Appalachian folk music on fiddle, banjo, and steel guitar. I've learned from the recordings and traditions of musicians like GB Grayson, Gaither Carlton, Dock Boggs, Roscoe Holcomb, Doc Watson, and Frank Proffitt.

I play these tunes and songs the way I learned them, keeping the character of the original music while making them my own. Whether you're already familiar with this music or hearing it for the first time, I hope you'll enjoy what I do with it.
